Unique to our area, the " Coddadge" series was designed for a local Real Estate developer and has been an extremely popular home series. This quaint New England cottage is suitable for any coastal community and right at home in any Historic district . The various floor plans allow this house to be upgraded to suit any budget. We are constantly designing more of these fine homes all the time and we are taking pictures of some of them as they are finished, so come back and join us.
